David & Victoria launched their new 'Signature' frangrance in NYC on September 26th. Vicki rocked these heel / latex leggings - turned boots. OK so i think these boots sooooo UGLY. however, i do feel that she did pull this off. like seriously, who else but her! idk; thats jus MY opinion. :)
